YBS International Berhad (formerly known as LNG Resources Berhad) was incorporated in Malaysia as a public limited company in year 2002 under the Companies Act, 2016 as an investment holding company. It was officially listed on the MESDAQ Market of the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad in year 2003.
