In regards to guidelines on entry, we have further sought clarifications from NADMA and Immigration Department.

According to NADMA, their guidelines will apply only for

They are allowed to land in Penang airport and be quarantined in Penang.

However, for individuals holding Employment Passes, the Immigration Department guidelines will prevail. They will need to go through the following permitted Malaysia Entry Points:

  2. Immigration Checkpoint, Sultan Iskandar Building (BSI), Johor (Entry by automobile)
  3. Sultan Abu Bakar Complex (2nd Link), Johor (Entry by automobile)
