Introduction
GSH Precision Technology Sdn Bhd (GSH) was established in July 2001 in Penang. Expanded from a workforce of 4 employees to 120 employees today and having facilities at 4 locations in Penang. GSH for over the 24 years has constantly been upgrading their technology, reskilling workforce and facilities. GSH has various latest CNC machines, wire cut, EDM, laser cut, CMMI, vision checking equipment and contract assembly facility for customers. GSH adopts ERP system and the Machine Integration System to have seamless operations. Today, GSH is distinct in providing customised industrial & engineering solutions for semiconductor, data storage, electronics & electrical, biomedical & collaborative engineering projects with the global multinational companies both locally and abroad.

 

Products & Services

a. Fabrication  
GSH has a highly skilled team for producing high precision tools, spare parts for the semiconductor equipment, electronic equipment, die-sets added with advanced engineering services.

 

b. Contract Manufacturing
GSH manufactures and produces low-mix high-volume and high-mix low-volume components. GSH also provides services to meet the outsourcing needs of their customers, from modular/semi-assembly from procurement of materials, joint design, and development as well assembly of full equipment.

 

c. Jig and Fixtures
GSH designs customised high precision jigs & fixtures.

 

d. Frontend & Backend Process Support 
As an experienced vendor in the semiconductor and fabrication industry, GSH is well equipped with the best know-how techniques and problem-solving methodology to support customers’ needs in the wire bond and die attach sectors.

 

e. Industrial Automation; Robotics & Automated Packaging Solutions 
GSH has a comprehensive assembly facility providing mechanical, electromechanical, and robotics assemblies. This ranges from simple hinge assemblies through to PLC controlled ramps for frontline and backend which are manufactured by the Automation Division.

 

f. Metal Fabrication Works
GSH is equipped with highly dedicated & certified personnels who have more than 30 years of exposure in making precision sheet metal fabrication services.

Future Plan
