How to apply a business license

In order to start the business operation, you need to apply business license from the respective local councils: City Council of Penang Island (Majlis Bandaraya Pulau Pinang, MBPP) for Penang Island, and Seberang Perai Municipal Council (Majlis Bandaraya Seberang Perai, MPSP) for the Penang Mainland. The types of business license are depending on the types of business that you would like to operate.
