Application to MBPP and MBSP for 24-Hour Operations during MCO

For any Penang company that is qualified to operate during Movement Control Order (MCO) period and wish to operate 24 hours, please write to:
Mayor of Majlis Bandaraya Seberang Perai (MBSP) at datukbandar@mbsp.gov.my
OR
Mayor of Majlis Bandaraya Pulau Pinang (MBPP) at datukbandar@mbpp.gov.my

In the email, please specify:
1. Scheduled shift & number of employees per shift
2. Total number of employees approved by Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI)
3. Attach MITI’s approval letter

Those companies which wish to operate 24 hours are advised to apply immediately and Councils have agreed to respond as soon as possible (within 3 days).
