Introduction

Since its inception in 2000, ViTrox Technologies Sdn Bhd designs and manufactures innovative, leading-edge, and cost-effective automated vision inspection equipment and system-on-chip embedded electronics devices for the semiconductor and electronics packaging industries. ViTrox’s core products are its Machine Vision System (MVS), Automated Board Inspection (ABI), and Integrated Industrial Embedded Solutions (IIES).

ViTrox serves a global clientele, including semiconductor Outsourced Assembly and Test (OSAT) companies, printed circuit board manufacturers, electronics assembly companies, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs), Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) providers, and Contract Manufacturers (CMs).

Product Description

1. WiX Ai Smart Wafer Inspection Machine

An AI-powered wafer inspection system delivering sub-micron accuracy for raw and framed wafers (150–300 mm). The platform performs high-speed inspection across front, inner, and backside wafer surfaces, detecting critical defects through high-resolution imaging, intelligent autofocus, and multi-illumination technologies. WiX Ai leverages NIR, SWIR, and other optical techniques to reveal hidden and subsurface defects that are invisible to conventional surface inspection. With robot arm automated handling, SECS/GEM connectivity, and built-in data traceability, it integrates seamlessly into production lines to maximise wafer yield while staying ahead of evolving quality challenges.

2. PX40Ai Smart Die Sorting Machine

Integrates AI-powered vision with high-speed die sorting, achieving a throughput of up to 42,000 Units Per Hour (UPH) for semiconductor back-end processes to maximise productivity. It offers dual configuration options for precision handling: Standard/Small Die ranging (0.4 mm × 0.2 mm to 7 mm × 7 mm) and Large Die (7 mm × 7 mm to 15 mm × 15 mm). Leveraging 6-sided AI inspection and advanced optional solutions,  PX40Ai ensures superior defect detection and end-to-end traceability, reducing rework and lowering production costs. With a flexible design supporting flip process handling and simultaneous dual output (Waffle Tray and Tape & Reel), it enables seamless integration into next-generation Smart Factory automation.
3. TR3000Ai Smart Tray Based Vision Handler – Tape/Reel

A high-speed tray-to-tray and tray-to-reel vision inspection platform supporting a wide range of semiconductor packages, from small components to advanced Ics. Designed for high-volume production, TR3000Ai integrates intelligent automation and AI-enabled inspection to improve accuracy, reduce manual labour, and support scalable, lights-out manufacturing. With an Industry 4.0-aligned architecture, enabling connected, smart, and efficient production operations. It features a future-ready architecture, allowing upgrades to support new packaging technologies and advanced inspection requirements.

4. V510Ai DST Smart 3D AOI System

A dual-sided 3D AOI system for back-end PCB assembly processes, ideal for dual-sided SMT and THT PCB assembly, providing simultaneous top and bottom inspection with AI-powered programming and high-resolution 3D measurement, accommodating boards up to 700 mm x 510 mm with a 100 mm top clearance. It features advanced AI Smart Programming for automated, CAD-less setup and AI Auto Buy-off, which delivers up to 95% accuracy while reducing manual review effort by 60%.

5. V810Ai QX1 Smart 3D AXI System

An AI-powered system delivering ultra-high-resolution imaging via Advanced Planar CT for precise dual-sided PCB inspection. The system provides high-definition imaging for densely packed and complex components, such as press-fit connectors used in high-speed data applications. Through AI integration, Advanced 3D CT reconstruction, and robust inspection algorithms, it provides reliable and precise defect analysis. It also enables visualisation and root-cause analysis of upstream SMT issues, supporting effective defect diagnosis and process optimisation.
6. V510Ai R Smart Robotic Optical System

Featuring a 6-axis industrial robotic arm enabling multi-angle inspection for conformal coating and final assembly in a single platform. Utilising AI-driven programming, image-based algorithms, and advanced 3D technology, it inspects partially hidden parts and detects coating irregularities, foreign objects, and assembly faults with precision. Supporting PCBs up to 700 mm × 510 mm with top clearance up to 120 mm, the system’s flexible 3D inspection allows manufacturers to handle complex assemblies while reducing reliance on manual inspection.
7. VisionXpert Smart Camera (XC Series)

A compact yet powerful AOI solution designed for high-speed, accurate inspection in space-constrained production lines. Each smart camera integrates the processor, lighting, and lens into a single unit, simplifying deployment and reducing system complexity. Equipped with advanced vision tools, AI auto-tuning, and deep learning algorithms, it delivers adaptive inspections with high-definition image quality. Its flexible, all-in-one design enables seamless integration into existing manufacturing processes, enhancing real-time quality control and supporting scalable production.
8. VisionXpert Smart Code reader (XS Series)

An all-in-one smart code reading solution designed for fast and reliable decoding in diverse production environments. Powered by advanced deep learning algorithms and adaptive auto-tuning, it delivers high-speed, high-accuracy code acquisition even under challenging conditions. With its compact design and robust performance, the XS Series helps manufacturers maximise throughput while ensuring consistent traceability in dynamic manufacturing line.

9. Manufacturing Intelligence Solutions Towards Industry 5.0 (V-ONE)

Empowering manufacturers’ digital transformation through a unified ecosystem. The journey begins with Strategic Partners, enabling automation and system integration. V-ONE Connect links assets via AIoT, feeding data into Visualise for real-time analytics and asset optimisation. ProAct adds an AI-driven layer for proactive anomaly detection and process optimisation.
