3. TACUMEN Refrigerated Compressed Air Dryers
Strong Cooling Ability
With a high-power supply refrigeration media compressor which can pre-cool it and exchange the heat and refrigerate again; therefore the air will be 30% more dryer than any other factory products.
High Separation Effection
High effective separator which can filter more than 99% of the water, oil, and the solid impurity in the compressed air.
Water Outlet Stable and Reliable
Adopting the electron to outlet water automatically using valve and metal netting and its specially holding water method ensuring the reliability of the water outlet.
High Inlet Temperature
With the pre-cooling system, using thickest copper heat-exchanging spare parts, it could take up to 80 degrees hot air.
Low Limitation Temperature
Using the high functioning evaporation system, it could make the heat-exchange on a large scale, and ensure the long staying and thorough heat-exchanging of the compressed air in the evaporation system. It also makes the more compressed air into water and dry it.
Automatic Controlling
High effective refrigeration system which automatically controls, adjusting high or low temperature and never stops working. It could always maintain the best performance.

The gentle start cycle of the IntelliDrive increases the service life, meaning that frequent stop and restart cycles are permitted, without the risk of overheating.
High Full-load Operating Efficiency
Class-leading performance achieved by state-of-the-art airend design and manufacturing processes, coupled with the reduction of internal losses, means that airend full-load performance.
Electricity Saving Result
According to the research between the VSD screw air compressor and a normal screw air compressor, there are two fields which can display the result of energy saving, the loss of no-loading and loss of fluctuating pressure. For example, for a 55KW screw air compressor, 70% air delivery in a year, the VSD type can save about 80000 KWH energy. The cost of VSD can be taken back within two years.
