Introduction
Established in 1996, PTS Industries Sdn Bhd (PTS) is a leading one-stop converting house for engineering performance based in Penang.
PTS provides total converting solutions to meet industrial needs. The company also specialises in die-cut and industrial labels, producing its own Polyurethane foam customised to customers’ specifications, and total packaging solutions for customers in their latest range.
Since its establishment, PTS has succeeded in developing tailored parts with customised specifications for various multinational corporations to enable automation implementation across various industries. Today, the company continues to possess the technical capabilities to convert and construct a wide range of engineering performance materials to cater a variety of industries including electrical and electronics, medical, telecommunications, and automotive industries.
Products & Services
PTS’s range of products comprises of, among many, industrial labels and nameplates, insulators, thermal pads, membrane filters, Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), conductive silicone rubber, Ultra-High Molecular Weight (UHMW) Polyethylene and die-cut components.
Labels & Nameplates
PTS is a pioneering manufacturer in the country’s silkscreen industry, specialising in high-quality printed nameplates customised to client specifications.
The company also produces nameplates with serialised barcodes and over-lamination for enhanced durability.
Insulators (Electrical & Thermal)
PTS offers a wide range of die-cut components made from high-performance engineering materials, including polyimide (Kapton), Nomex, fishpaper, foams, gaskets, adhesive tapes (VHB, acrylic, silicone, and foam tapes), thermal pads, and FRPP. The company can convert nearly all flat-surface engineering materials of varying thicknesses to meet customer requirements.
Foam & Rubber Gaskets
PTS has developed cost-effective polyurethane foam with a short production cycle and low MOQ options through a joint product development project.
The company offers a variety of foam materials, including PU, Neoprene, PE, EVA, EPDM, and Silicone Foam, as well as rubber materials like Silicone, Neoprene, NBR, and Fluoro Rubber (FKM, FPM, Viton).
Custom solutions are available to meet specific customer needs.
Adhesive Tapes
PTS offers thermal management products made from soft, flexible silicone or acrylic-based materials.
With high thermal conductivity, these products efficiently dissipate heat from electronic equipment. They are ideal for applications in electronics, semiconductors, automotive, and LED industries.
Other Specialty Products
PTS continuously researches and develops high-performance engineering materials, expanding its product range to include Membrane Mesh Filters, EMI Shielding Gaskets, Vibration Gel, and PTFE Film.
PTS also provides a range of specialised products, including Thermal Transfer Ribbons, Insulation & Electrical Tapes, Reflective Tape, and Conductive Silicone Rubber.
