Penang, Malaysia, March 10, 2026 – Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. (MPS), a leading company in high-performance power solutions, today marked the official opening of its first engineering and test center in Penang, Malaysia.

The establishment of the new Penang facility will support MPS’s expanding global operations and testing capacity. Leveraging its proprietary technology and strong engineering expertise, MPS develops high-performance and ultra-efficient power management solutions that power a wide range of applications across data centres, automotive, consumer and industrial segments.

This Penang centre will be serving as MPS’s Malaysia headquarters. The opening ceremony was attended by YAB Tuan Chow Kon Yeow, Chief Minister of Penang; Dato’ Loo Lee Lian, Chief Executive Officer of Invest Penang; and Deming Xiao, Executive Vice President, Global Operations of MPS.
