Penang, 13 September, 2022 – In conjunction with the World Congress on Innovation and Technology 2022 (WCIT 2022), Penang state government, with InvestPenang as the lead agency, held a launching ceremony on 13th Sep at the state booth, Penang Pavilion.

We are delighted to have the presence of His Excellency Tun Dato’ Seri Utama Ahmad Fuzi bin Haji Abdul Razak, the Governor of Penang, the Right Hounourable Dato’ Sri Ismail Sabri Yaakob, Prime Minister of Malaysia, the Right Hounourable Mr. Chow Kon Yeow, Chief Minister of Penang and other distinguished guests in honouring the launch.

Dubbed as the Silicon Valley of the East and the economic powerhouse of Malaysia, Penang constantly serve as a partner of choice for global top-notch technology companies. InvestPenang is also organising a GBS Track on Wednesday, 14th September (2.30 pm – 5.00 pm), in collaboration with PIKOM, featuring Penang state government and industry leaders from the digital economy space.
