Penang – April 15, 2022 – The Penang State government is pleased to announce that Lattice Semiconductor (NASDAQ: LSCC), the low power programmable leader, has established a presence in Penang, Malaysia. The new Lattice Malaysia office in Penang expands the company’s global footprint and will serve as a new engineering and operations hub to support the company’s accelerated growth.

We have an exciting growth plan in this market with an active hiring strategy,” said Mr. Friiscor Ho, Site Lead for Lattice Malaysia office. “We are well positioned to work closely with our partners in the region to accelerate our strategic execution, and look forward to building on the company’s continued strong growth in the field-programmable gate array (FPGA) market.”

Occupying a 6,000 sq. ft. office space at Elit Avenue, Bayan Baru, Penang, Lattice Malaysia will focus on applications and research and development (R&D) engineering, as well as operations, with the aim to have a headcount over 30 by the end of 2022.
