Products & Services
SMT (Surface Mount Technology)
KALTECH is equipped with multiple lines of surface mount device (SMD) machines and equipment, capable of placing components as small as 0402 at an average speed of 30K CPH (chips per hour). These fully automated lines are arranged to maximise throughput and efficiency. Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) is monitored in real-time and stored on an on-premise server via an IoT gateway. Parameters and statistical controls are continuously monitored and data is collected in real-time. To ensure quality, a Solder Paste Inspection (SPI) machine is used after solder paste printing, and Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) machines are positioned both before and after reflow.
Box Build
KALTECH offers comprehensive box build services, which include the assembly of finished products from individual components. This service encompasses various stages such as sub-assembly, system integration, testing, and packaging. KALTECH’s box build services are designed to provide a one-stop solution for customers, ensuring high-quality, efficient, and reliable production processes. This service is particularly beneficial for industries requiring complex assemblies, such as automotive, consumer electronics, and industrial equipment.
