Today, more and more globally renowned MNCs have made Penang their base in Asia. With a vision for holistic progress en route to “a balanced society” towards year 2023, the Penang State Government recently launched the Penang Paradigm – a 10 year development blueprint, which aims to propel economic growth and the well bring of Penang by focusing towards 3 main systemic properties: economic dynamism (ED), liveability and sustainability (L&S), and social development and inclusion (SD & I). This seminar goes into detail in regards to the paradigm, the investment opportunities in Penang and the stories of three successful MNCs which made Penang their home.
