Penang Carbon Market Forum 2026 is jointly organised by the Malaysia Carbon Market Association (MCMA) and Bursa Carbon Exchange (BCX), with the support of the Penang Green Council (PGC), the Penang State Government and InvestPenang as a publicity partner, aiming to bring together policymakers, industry leaders, carbon project developers, investors, financial institutions, and other key stakeholders to discuss the latest developments in carbon markets and explore opportunities to further develop and strengthen Malaysia’s carbon market ecosystem.
