The SONIK Smart Oven is a modern oven designed by BioEnergy Projects for semiconductor manufacturing. It is used for oxygen-free wafer curing which helps prevent oxidation and keeps wafer quality high during production. This oven is built for accuracy, reliability and energy saving. It provides stable and even temperature control with multiple monitoring points to ensure consistent results.

The system is easy to use with a touchscreen interface (GUI). Operators can quickly control and monitor the process. It also supports SECS/GEM and MQTT communication, allowing smooth connection with factory systems and real-time data monitoring.
