Contacthings ensures operational continuity through Global MRO Sourcing and custom Cleanroom Furniture & ESD Solutions. Additionally, the company provides innovative Warehouse Safety Projection systems and enterprise-grade IT System Integration to support high-demand semiconductor environments.

4. Service & Software

Contacthings bridges hardware with intelligence, offering subscription-based platforms (SaaS) for lab management and bespoke software engineering services.

A. Software as a Service (SaaS)

• Centralised Resource & Control Management (CRCM):
  A unified “Command & Control” platform for “lights-out” lab operations. It orchestrates system provisioning, application deployment, and real-time monitoring to enable scalable, remote management of global R&D resources.
  
• Lab Infrastructure & Image Deployment:
