\n\n\n\n\n
1.<\/td>\nThis is in conjunction with the recent announcement made by the Government of Malaysia for expatriates to enter Malaysia without the need to apply for permission as outlined in the Guidelines during the Movement Control Order (MCO) period.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
2.<\/td>\nWe are pleased to inform that the entry permission for expatriates as announced are for the following pass categories:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
A.<\/td>\nEmployment Pass Category I (EP I), Dependants and Foreign Maids<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
B.<\/td>\nResidence Pass-Talent (RP-T), Dependants and Foreign Maids<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
3.<\/td>\nExpatriates with EP II and EP III with dependants and their foreign maids, are\u00a0SUBJECT TO THE ENTRY APPROVAL<\/b>\u00a0from the Immigration Department of Malaysia. Please refer to the\u00a0Guideline for the Entry of Expatriate<\/a><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
4.<\/td>\nProfessional Visit Pass (PVP) are\u00a0SUBJECT TO THE ENTRY APPROVAL<\/b>\u00a0from the Immigration Department of Malaysia. Please refer to the\u00a0Guideline for the Entry of Expatriate<\/a><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
5.<\/td>\nLong Term Social Visit Pass (LTSVP) children above 18 years old \/ parents \/ parents in-Law are\u00a0SUBJECT TO THE ENTRY APPROVAL<\/b>\u00a0from the Immigration Department of Malaysia. Please refer to the\u00a0Guideline for the Entry of Expatriate<\/a><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
6.<\/td>\nEntry, as stated in paragraph (2), (3), (4) and (5), must comply with the following criteria :<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
a)<\/td>\nEntry is only permitted for those who are currently holding a\u00a0VALID PASS<\/b>\u00a0or\u00a0AN APPROVED PASS APPLICATION<\/b>.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
b)<\/td>\nMust be tested NEGATIVE for Covid-19 through the PCR Covid-19 Swab Test\u00a0WITHIN THREE (3) days<\/b>\u00a0before entering Malaysia.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
c)<\/td>\nTo download “MySejahtera” App and complete the relevant details.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
d)<\/td>\nSelf-quarantine for\u00a0FOURTEEN (14) days<\/b>\u00a0(EXCEPT for EP I and RP-T from Green Zone countries, i.e. Australia, Brunei, New Zealand and Singapore).<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
e)<\/td>\nSelf-quarantine is\u00a0NOT REQUIRED<\/b>\u00a0for Professional Visit Pass (PVP) holders entering the country for\u00a0EMERGENCY WORK<\/b>. However, they are required to\u00a0LEAVE THE COUNTRY<\/b>\u00a0once the assignment has been completed.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
f)<\/td>\nThe list of Green Zone countries may change from time to time base on updates from the Ministry of Health (MOH).<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

The entry permission will be\u00a0EFFECTIVE<\/u><\/b>\u00a0from\u00a024 June 2020<\/u><\/b>.<\/p>\n
