In this forth series, together with\u00a0PERSOLKELLY Malaysia\u00a0(Mr Brian Sim; Managing Director) as the collaborative partner, we have invited industry leaders from Western Digital (Mr. Vishy Ramaswamy; VP Flash Back End Operations & SDSM General Manager), B. Braun Medical Industries (Mr. Ben Ong; General Manager HR) and\u00a0Zebra Technologies (Mr. Yam Chew Chong; Director, APAC Customer Support) to share the key insights into their esteemed organization in terms of work culture, cutting edge technology, growth and career opportunities.<\/p>\n

This initiative is a continuous effort to elevate Penang\u2019s position as a workplace of choice. Apart from active jobseekers, a majority of our participants are final year university & college students from both local and private institutions all across Malaysia.<\/p>\n

During this session, apart from highlighting the uniqueness of their respective organizations, our speakers emphasized on the near future of Malaysia\u2019s employment landscape, skills needed by the employers and the recruitment programme covering internship and fresh graduate programmes, all of which to offer guides & tips to ensure success as they begin their careers. Following the sharing from speakers, the session continued with a Q&A session moderated by Mr. Kamarul Ariff Dato\u2019 Marzuki (Associate Director of Client solutions; EVO Business Consulting – the outsourcing arm of PERSOLKELLY). The webinar session ended with the closing thoughts from the speakers and they candidly unveiled their personal career experiences and imparted invaluable advice to the participants.<\/p>\n
