Located in Seberang Perai, Penang, the 254,491 sq ft Global Supply Center will be a key hub for xFusion\u2019s international market, with annual production capacity of over 150,000 units of equipment including Graphics Processing Unit (\u201cGPU\u201d) server.<\/p>\n

NationGate Holdings Berhad (\u201cNationGate\u201d)(\u201cNationGate\u63a7\u80a1\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8\u201d) has been appointed as xFusion\u2019s strategic partner to manufacture GPU servers for the global market.<\/p>\n

GPU servers is a high powered server designed for data centers and are applicable to artificial intelligence, high performance computing, database and video analysis scenarios.<\/p>\n

Together with home-grown electronics manufacturing services (\u201cEMS\u201d) provider NationGate as the strategic partner, the venture marks Malaysia\u2019s continued presence in the global growth of the industry, which has expanded by an average of 30% in the last five years in China alone. The Global Supply Center was officiated by the Chief Minister of Penang, Yang Amat Berhormat (\u201cYAB\u201d) Tuan Chow Kon Yeow (\u66f9\u89c2\u53cb).<\/p>\n

Also present at the launch were Dato\u2019 Seri Lee Kah Choon (\u674e\u5bb6\u5168), Director of InvestPenang; Dato\u2019 Loo Lee Lian (\u5415\u4e3d\u83b2), Chief Executive Officer of InvestPenang; Encik Mohammad Ghaddaffi Sardar Mohamed, Director of Malaysian Investment Development Authority (MIDA) Penang; Dato\u2019 Seri Wong Siew Hai (\u738b\u5bff\u82d4), President of Malaysia Semiconductor Industry Association; Mr Jeffrey Liu (\u5218\u5b8f\u4e91), Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of xFusion Digital Technologies Co., Ltd and Mr Ooi Eng Leong (\u9ec4\u52c7\u4eae), Managing Director of NationGate.<\/p>\n
